Our story
It all started in Lima, Peru, back in 2016. That’s where Jenny and Gaby first met—two solo travellers exploring the world, not knowing that one chance encounter would turn into something life-changing.
A year later, they were off again—this time together—traveling through Europe and Asia before eventually landing in Apollo Bay, Australia. Jenny had once called it home, and Gaby quickly fell in love with the coastal charm and the amazing community.

With years of hospitality experience between them and a shared passion for food, people, and culture, it felt like the perfect time to create something of their own.
Now, with four beautiful kids and one big dream, they’ve brought Coco to life—a place they like to call their “fifth baby.”
